Smart Water Payment & Service Platform
Residents previously had to travel to the office to pay water bills, causing congestion at service points during peak hours, long waiting times, and difficulty tracking payment history.
WaterHub was developed as an online platform for bill payment, bill checking, and usage-history tracking. Financial and customer data are integrated in one system, with dashboards for staff to manage information transparently and traceably.
Payments became easier for residents. Data became clearer, more transparent, and easier to audit. Paperwork errors were reduced, duplicate staff tasks were minimized, and overall municipal service efficiency improved.
